Breast Augmentation Surgery On The Increase

The Freedonia Group, a US based market research group has released a report predicting an increase in the number of breast augmentation procedures being carried out in the United States each year. Already the most popular cosmetic surgery procedure, there are over 320,000 breast augmentation procedures performed each year in the US.

The Freedonia Group attribute the growth to the return of the silicone filled breast implants, which were previously banned in the early 1990's.
